The settings below will help to give you a massive FPS boost.

Enable Game Mode On Your PC

Windows has a game mode feature which has been greatly improved this year. Enabling it will help to get the most from your PC. To enable it click on the Windows button –> Search –> Game Mode Settings –> Turn Game Mode On.

This is another Windows native feature that you will want to turn on. Click on the Windows button –> Search –> Graphics Settings –> Turn on Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. Only applicable for people with an Nvidia Card.

This will help to reduce latency and improve performance.

Fifa 22 Game Settings For High FPS

In Fifa 22 we can actually edit our graphics settings directly from the launcher. Open your Fifa 22 launcher and select Game settings. You will see the screen below:

We recommend keeping your resolution as your monitors native resolution because downscaling can cause issues with stuttering. So if your have a 1080p monitor stick with 1920×1080, if you have a 1440p monitor go with 2560 x 1440.

Best Fifa 22 Settings For High FPS

If you are still experiencing low FPS you can drop your Rendering quality even further to low. If your game is above your desired FPS you can bump up the Rendering Quality to get a better looking game but you will lose some frames.

For frame rate if you have a 60hz monitor you can lock the the Frames to 60FPS. This will stop your computer from using unnecessary resources.

Audio Settings

While audio settings won’t really give you much of a performance boost we thought we would mention it here anyway. 5.1 and 7.1 surround don’t sound great in this game. We recommend going with the Stereo setting under Mix Mode.
