Who Is Clix?
Cody Conrod, known as Clix, is a 17-year old professional gamer and streamer affiliated with the esports organization NRG.
Not much is known about his private life, since he keeps everything mostly quiet aside from what he chooses to share on his social media. What is known about him, however, is that he’s one of the youngest Fortnite pros to this day.
Clix first started on Twitch and Youtube on the same day in November 2017. However, he didn’t upload his first Youtube video until 2018. He started gaining attention and popularity when he qualified for the first annual Fortnite World Cup. Now, Clix is known as the best 1v1 and high ground taker in the game.
Clix has had his share of controversy, earning a seven day Twitch suspension back in the day for playing with ZaynSZN who was banned at the time (Twitch prohibits content creators from collaborating with banned streamers). His suspension was later reduced to three days.

What Mouse Does Clix Use?
Clix uses the Finalmouse x Ninja Air58.
The FINALMOUSE Air58 has a simplistic, ambidextrous design which is comfortable in the hand. To make the mouse as light as possible, it has a nice honeycomb pattern on its body making it great for fast paced twitchy games.
Air58 uses the PMW 3360 PixArt sensor; it is one of the most advanced sensors available on the market and performs great.

What Mic Does Clix Use?
Clix uses the Shure SM7B.
This is one of the most popular streaming mics out there. A large proportion of top streamers use this mic and you’ll also see it hanging in broadcast rooms all over the world. This microphone is quite quiet as standard so you will also need a Pre-amp such as the cloud lifter to boost gain and get the best out of your mic.
What Headset Does Clix Use?
Clix uses the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro.
The Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pros are a pair of over-ear headphones used for mixing, editing, and mastering. Of course, that’s not their only purpose – they can be used for gaming too. They’re available in 80 Ohm and in 250 Ohm, and can be purchased in grey or black.
These open headphones offer strong bass and clear treble sound. In terms of durability, the build is solid and heavy-duty. The velour earcups are also replaceable.

The Logitech C920 is a great streaming webcam which is massively popular among streamers. It is affordable and great quality especially if you only plan to use it as a face cam on your stream.
With some good lighting this camera is more than good enough to have a great looking stream. It’s best used with at least some lighting as it can look quite grainy without.
