First, let’s take a look at how to cancel a Prime Gaming Membership.
How To Cancel Prime Gaming Subscription
To cancel your prime membership on Twitch you will need to cancel your Amazon prime membership through Amazon. This means that you will not get any of the other benefits of prime such as fast shipping on your amazon deliveries.
To cancel your Prime Gaming membership go to the account area on Amazon’s site and navigate to “Manage Memberships” on the top right-hand side. You can then select “End Membership”. This will completely cancel your amazon prime subscription meaning you won’t be charged again.
How To Unlink Amazon Prime From Twitch?
You can also unlink your Amazon Prime from your Twitch account. This will cancel your subscription to any streamers on which you have used your Prime Sub on.
Step 1
Log into Twitch and navigate to your profile picture and select settings from the drop-down menu.
Step 2
In Settings navigate to the connections tab where you will find Amazon. To the right of Amazon, you will see a disconnect button. Click on disconnect to unlink your Twitch account from Amazon Prime.
You can relink your amazon Account to your twitch account again at any time.
Can I Change Who I Use My Prime Sub On?
Once you have used your Prime Gaming subscription on Twitch you will have to wait a full month before you can subscribe to someone new again. You are unable to “unsub” from a streamer and give it to a new streamer before the month is up.
When Does A Prime Gaming Sub End?
When you subscribe to a streamer your Prime gaming sub will last for one month. For this month you will get all the same subscriber features as a normal sub. You can resub to the same streamer a few days before your sub expires or wait and use your Prime sub on a new Streamer.

You should now be able to easily cancel your Amazon prime subscription or unlink it from your Twitch account. You can relink your accounts at any time to use Prime subs once again.
