Jay3 Career History
Jay3 started his professional esports career in Overwatch League with eLusive in 2016. He proceeded to jump between many teams in the future, with the most notable ones being Renegades, Kungarna, and Mirage Sport.
Jay3 left the Mirage in 2018 and took part in miscellaneous Overwatch Tournaments in early 2019. He retired as an Ace player in the same year and, later in 2022, joined Luminosity Gaming as a content creator. He now streams his gameplay on Twitch.
Jay3’s Overwatch Mouse Settings
An eDPI of 4800 is quite high even for an Overwatch 2 player. However, this leads to the lightning fast reactions and RNG that J3sus is known for. While we’re not sure how much of his eDPI plays a role in his ability to comprehend the game at quite a quick pace, we’d urge players to try to stick between 3000-3500 eDPI, especially if they’re new.
But, if you really are in the mood to experiment, an eDPI as high as Jay3’s lets you land some really amazing flicks and is a great way to amp up your gameplay especially if you are able to stabilize your crosshair.

Jay3 Setup Peripherals
Jay3 isn’t using a high-end Zowie or Logitech mouse. Instead, he’s opted for the relatively timid Logitech G403. This primarily is because the mouse is quite comfortable for him to use, and, with Overwatch, better sensors really don’t make that much of a difference.
Plus, once a professional is used to a particular mouse and its weight, they’re unlikely to switch from it for a very long time unless they feel that they’re going to be a competitive disadvantage if they stay at the same path.

Wrapping Up
Jay3 uses a slightly older generation (9th) intel CPU, which still performs well in present-day esport titles. His RTX 2080 Ti OC also provides excellent performance to this day and is easily capable of running any modern Triple-A title.
Jay3’s preferences in terms of mouse sensitivity show that he likes a mid-range DPI but a slightly higher in-game sensitivity. He ensures a smooth gaming experience by using a 240Hz monitor. If you prefer a sensitivity that leans slightly towards the higher side of the spectrum in-game, then Jay3’s settings might work best for you.
