Who is Nadeshot?
Matthew Haag, more commonly known as Nadeshot within the gaming community is an American professional Valorant player, streamer and content creator.
Matthew began his professional career at the age of 16, and while he briefly stopped competing professionally to focus on his YouTube channel, he took an offer from Optic Gaming to become a replacement for one of their sick players.
A year later, he was able to win $100 000 by winning a major tournament which is when he quit his job, dropped out of college, and poured all his time into his gaming career.
Over time his audience grew slowly, however his channel really took off in 2013 and he managed to grow his audience to 700 000 subscribers by August same year.
Nadeshot quit Optic Gaming in September 2019 and left Twitch in May 2021 in order to focus on streaming on YouTube Gaming.
