Who Is Symfuhny?
Mason Lanier, better known as Symfuhny within the video game community, is an American professional gamer, streamer, and content creator.
Mason’s introduction to video games starts with Halo on Xbox 360, however, he quickly shifted his focus to Call of Duty. By 2013, inspired by other popular content creators, he decides to start a streaming channel focused on Minecraft gameplay. However, this didn’t work out for him, so he quickly abandoned the idea.
Years later, Symfuhny decided to take another crack at streaming, this time focusing on H1Z1, however, he quickly turned his attention to Fortnite. Around this time, his popularity exploded and he was signed on to NRG Esport’s Fornite team where he stayed until September 2020.
Nowadays, Symfuhny can be found streaming on Twitch to his audience of 3.6 million followers.
