According to Insider Gaming reports, the voxel-style Matterlings in Alterra appear like Funko Pops with big-sized heads, giving a cartoonish resemblance overall. Moreover, the game features unique creatures and real-world animals as aforementioned above.

As the game is developed on Minecraft’s gaming mechanics, players will experience a lot of mobility through the game. Additionally, players will be seen moving around the place to carry out various activities. For example, if a player wants to build a table or make a snowman, they have to commute to other parts of the world to get the necessary materials in constructing these items.
