Privacy Settings Don’t Allow Images
Discord scans images that are sent on their network to check if they are explicit. If a user has their preferences set to scan all images sent to them, your message may be blocked if Discord thinks it is explicit.
You can ask this user to turn this off in their privacy settings in Discord.

Restart/Update Discord
