What Mouse Does JoeWo Use?
JoeWo uses the Logitech G502 Hero High performance mouse. This mouse is surprisingly cheap compared to a lot of other mice in the marketplace.
Depending on which version of the mouse you go for it will be around $40 or $55. This mouse comes in a Hero sensor version and a Special Edition which is a little more expensive.
The mouse has a 16k sensor meaning it’s great for accuracy in fast paced games. It also comes with 11 customizable buttons to give you complete control over your game.
You will also have the ability to change the weight of your mouse with the adjustable weight system. There is 5 removable 3.6 gram weights so you can adjust the mouse perfectly to your preference.
What Monitor Does JoeWo Use?
JoeWo is using the Acer Predator XB271HU 27 inch monitor. This is a fairly large high end gaming monitor. A lot of streamers opt for a 24 inch monitor however JoeWo enjoys playing on a larger screen.
This screen has a 165hz refresh rate making it great for JoeWo when he is playing fast paced shooters where reaction times are extremely important. It also has a 4ms response time which isn’t the best in the industry. You will normally see professional gamers using a 1ms response time however for the casual gamer or streamer 4ms is more than enough.
The monitor is 1440p meaning you can play your games with high quality settings. However if you plan on streaming we would not recommend streaming in 1440p on most PCs. You can check out our Streamlabs settings for Low End or High end PCs.
From reading reviews online people seem to love the monitor until they don’t. There seem to be a few manufacturing issues causing backlight bleed and dead pixels on this monitor in its current production run.
What Headset Does JoeWo Use?
JoeWo uses one of the most popular headset brands on the market, Astro gaming. He is currently rocking the Astro A40s.
This version of the Astro Headset is a wired headset. If you wanted a wireless version you should check out the A50s.
However if you don’t mind the wires the A40s are a superb gaming headset with Dobly 7.1 Surround sound. This allows you to hear the slightest of footsteps in your favourite shooters and hear ever crackle of the engine in your favourite racing game. It really is an immersive sound experience.
The only downside of this headset is that some users say the mic quality isn’t up to the quality of other high end mics. That doesn’t mean it isn’t great but you won’t get the same audio quality as a stand alone microphone in your setup. If you’re a streamer I would recommend looking at something like the Shure mic below.
What Mic Does JoeWo Use On Stream?
JoeWo uses the Shure SM7B microphone which is one of the most popular streaming mics out there. A large proportion of top streamers use this mic and you’ll also see it hanging in broadcast rooms all over the world.
What Graphics Card Does JoeWo Use?
JoeWo is currently using the RTX 2080TI which was Nividias last generation top of the line graphics card. This thing is a power house and will likely be able to stream and game for many years into the future.
However since the release of the 30 series Graphics cards something like an RTX 3060 or 3070 graphics card will get you much more bang for your buck if you can get your hands on one.
The 3060 is price to performance much better bang for your buck.
What Processor Does JoeWo Use?
JoeWo is currently using the i9 9900k processor which is a top of the line intel processor. This processor will be more than powerful enough to stream while gaming even though Crowder is just using it on his gaming PC.
This is a pricey processor coming in around $400 but will be future proof for the next few years in gaming and streaming.
