If you are subscribing specifically to remove ads it’s likely a better option to purchase Twitch turbo unless you only watch one streamer.
To subscribe to a streamer go their channel and click on the subscribe button. You can then pay with your credit/debit card and select whether you want your subscription to be a one off or monthly.

Well, in countries like Poland Twitch does not currently run any ads so if you can make it appear as if you live in Poland you can avoid ads on your stream.
