Are you looking to transfer your alerts from Streamlabs to Streamelements. In this tutorial we are going to show you to quickly import your existing alerts directly from Streamlabs in under 5 minuites. We all know how tedious it can be setting up alerts, but this makes it super easy and you won’t have to manually re do all your hard work.

How To Import Alerts From Streamlabs To StreamElements
Step 1 – Install The Import Chrome Extension
To transfer your alerts you will need to first open up Streamelements. When you are in your dashboard click on your profile picture in the top right –> Import –> Streamlabs.
Once you click this you will be directed to the chrome extension store where you can install the extension needed to import your alerts.
Click on add to chrome in the top right (You will need to be using the google chrome browser for this work).
Click on the extension and select if you want to import Tips & Alerts.
Step 2 – Import Your Overlays
To ensure that your import succeeds you will need to be logged into both Streamlabs.com and Streamelements.com otherwise you may experience an import error.
Once you have logged into both platforms open the extension and click on “Start Import To StreamElements”.
If the import is successful you will be greeted with the screen below.
Once this is complete you can now uninstall this extension from chrome as there is no other reason to have it installed.
Step 3 – Edit Your Import
To find and edit your import go to the Streamelements menu –> Streaming Tools –> My Overlays.
Here you will see your Streamlabs Imported Alertbox.
If you want to edit anything on your alerts you can do so inside StreamElements. Just click edit on the Imported Alertbox.
You can then individually edit each specific Alert.
Step 4 – Transfer Alertbox to Existing Overlay In Streamelements
Chances are if you are importing your alert box to Streamelements you may already have created an amazing looking overlay within your account. You will likely want to transfer your imported alert box directly onto this overlay.
To do this follow the steps below:
Click on edit on the “Streamlabs Imported Alertbox”.
You will then see the options above. First select your alert box and then click on the duplicate button. You will then be asked if you want to duplicate to this overlay or other overlays. Select other overlays.
You will now be able to select the overlay you want to import the Alert Box to. Select it and click Submit.
You have now successfully imported your Streamlabs Alert box directly to Streamelements without having to do everything manually again.
