How To Add BTTV Emotes To Your Discord Server

The whole process of adding BTTV emotes to your Discord channel is quite simple and doesn’t take up too much time at all. Here is what you have to do.

  1. Go to this site and click on Dashboard.

  1. From here, you are going to be taken to an authorization screen for Twitch.
  1. Now that your Twitch channel is connected to BTTV, you can go back to the site we have provided, click on Dashboard, then on Connections. After that, you want to click on Connect with Discord.
  1. Select the server you want to sync your BTTV emotes to and click on Continue.
  1. Allow BTTV to manage your emojis and stickers, then click on Authorize.

And that is it! Now your BTTV account and your Discord server should be connected and you should be able to use any emotes you have saved on your BTTV profile on Discord as well.

The only thing that is different between using emotes on Discord and emotes on Twitch is that you have to use colons at the beginning and end of the emote text. For example, if you want to use the 4Head emote, you would have to type it as :4Head:
